The American College of Nurse-Midwives (ACNM) has named Sheri Sesay-Tuffour, PhD, CAE as its new chief executive officer. Sesay-Tuffour joined ACNM with 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. Most recently she was the Vice-President of Operations for the Heart Rhythm Society.

Donna Grande, MGA

Donna Grande, MGA has been appointed the executive director for the American College of Preventive Medicine (ACPM). With over 25 years of leadership experience and her passion for healthcare, the board of directors is excited to see how she will lead this next chapter for ACPM. Her most recent roll was Vice President, Products and Services with the American Nurses Association.

William Doyle

The Dredging Contractors of America’s (DCA) board of directors has named William P. Doyle as its new executive director and chief executive officer. Doyle was nominated and appointed twice by President Barack Obama, and unanimously confirmed twice by the U.S. Senate as a Commissioner to the U.S. Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) where he served under the Administration for four years.  He remained onboard with the Donald J. Trump Administration for an additional year.

James Warren

James Warren is the new President & CEO of the Forging Industry Association (FIA). He was most recently executive director of member services, education and foundation for the Fabricators & Manufacturers Association, International (FMA).

Noel M Adachi

The Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC), Stokie, IL has named Noel M. Adachi, MBA as their new as President and Chief Executive Officer. She was previously the Vice President – International Market Development with the College of American Pathologists (CAP).

Laura Magaña Valladares, PhD

The Association of Schools and Programs of Public Health (ASPPH), Washington, DC has named Laura Magaña Valladares as their new President and Chief Executive Officer. She was previously the Academic Dean of the National Institute of Public Health (INSP) in Mexico.

Carlos Fulcher

The Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology (APIC), Arlington, VA has named Carlos Fulcher as their new Executive Vice President. Carlos is the former Executive Director with International Association of Business Communicators, San Francisco, California.

Laura Wooster

The American College of Emergency Physicians, headquartered in Irving, Texas has named Laura Wooster, MPH, as their new Associate Executive Director – Public Affairs. Laura, was the Senior Vice President of Public Policy for the American Osteopathic Association (AOA), Washington, DC. Wooster will be working out of the ACEP Washington, DC office.
